Security Guard Tackles Drunk Fan…With Head.

As the headline describes this is exactly what should happen to every attention seeking inebriated moron who strips half naked and takes to a pitch to interrupt any sport. No tazers, no tear gas, no batons just a good old dose of unecesarry roughness. Talent scouts should be trying to find out the name of that college security gaurd, although something tells us it may be David Dunn.

  1. Brandon Johnson does a great deal for the local community, from setting up local shows, to assisting in national touring acts that come through our area. He also provides food to those bands as it is tough to make descent money in the business and especially in the area for certain acts. This is a terrible display of how University officials and security handle issues such as this. It is truly sad to see a local promoter/manager have to be subjected to this type of mistreating. I really hope that the University takes responsibility for these actions and sends a formal apology to Brandon, as well as OurDevices. Taste of Reno is an event that is put on by a fraternity from the University and better measures could have been instilled other that having the guards tackle Brandon.

    • With all due respect if that was indeed the guy you described in your comment then we can’t really see what he was trying to promote, except for maybe his level of drunkeness and amazing dance skills. Security was indeed unnecessarily heavy handed but you can’t deny that the minute he took to the field half-naked and drunk to interrupt proceedings he was effectively leaving himself wide open to this sort of treatment.
