This video is burning a hole right through the Internet and rightly so as it’s possibly the cutest thing you’ll see all day.
Loca is a little pug from Belfast in Ireland and she can’t run properly due to a mild brain disorder but that doesn’t stop her from living a full life, the condition is operable but risky with no gaurantee it would cure the wee mite, as her owner Mal explains:
The vet says she has no idea anything is wrong with her and is otherwise happy and healthy and will live a full life. We adore her and she is spoilt rotten by us and protected by the other dogs and we would never risk losing her.
Loca has been promised a whole roast chicken to herself if the video gets over a thousand hits.
