David Chase, the guy who created The Sopranos, has written and directed his first movie called Not Fade Away. It stars James Gandolfini and newcomer John Magaro and is primarily a 60s based coming of age drama about a group of teenagers who decided to form a band and become as big as The Rolling Stones. Judging from the trailer alone it looks like Gandolfini has stolen the entire picture.
