No this isn’t a story from the Daily Mail it is in fact about a deserted cruise liner called the Lyubov Orlova which has been drifting around the Atlantic for nearly a year and now it’s thought it could be headed for UK shores
Due to a company debt issue the vessel was towed to the Dominican Republic to be sold for scrap but the Newfoundland company enroute decided to cut the ship free due to adverse weather. Salvage experts have pointed out that the Lyubov Orlova will be full of rats which will be diseased, on account of them turning cannibal due to starvation.
