Yes UK channel 5USA have done it again. Not content at depriving viewers of Breaking Bad a few years ago, channel big-wigs have now axed the hit American crime series Justified from their schedule. Well done people, engage UK viewers for four full seasons then pull the rug from right underneath them and leave them hanging in the wind.
As fans over the pond currently enjoy the fifth and penultimate season of the Emmy award nominated series, UK viewers will just have to make do with the previous four and be bloody grateful. As engaging content on British TV continues to dry up over here, (Mrs Brown’s Boys anyone?), it seems our transatlantic cousins are enjoying a wealth of rich and captivating television, while we might even be forced to go outside and do something more constructive instead, or God forbid talk to the wife.
