On location live news reporting always comes with the risk of something going wrong and even when it appears everything is going right that can always change, with much unpredictability.
The video above shows ITN’s Ria Chatterjee reporting outside London’s St Pancras station when a man behind her, (bottom left of the video), trying to cross the road is suddenly hit by a moped and sent flying. Turns out both parties were uninjured in the collision.
Of course the topic of Ria’s news report was ‘transport chaos’.
