You’d be forgiven for thinking that these pictures were taken at the palatial mansion of a South American drug lord, but you’d be very wrong. They are in fact snaps of the offices and headquarters of Level 5, a Japanese gaming company. They are responsible for many titles but their most famous is Prof Layton and the Curious Village for the Nintendo DS. If you want to see more of their lavish workplace, (after you’ve wiped away those salty tears of jealousy), chart a course for their main website HERE. Overtime must be such a drag.
Gaming giants Rockstar released, what has to be in our own humble opinion, the greatest single western themed game there has ever been. We’ve been addicted to it since it’s release earlier this year and yes we have also been sucked into paying a little extra for the down loadable content, but boy has it been worth it. Hours upon hours spent riding through sun parched landscapes, rounding up cattle, shooting our way out of stand-offs and hunting grizzlies. But now it seems Rockstar have taken a gamble with their third and final piece of DLC for the game, a departure from their previous content which stayed true to giving the player an authentic taste of the wild west. Undead Nightmare, which will be released on Oct 26th, is an expansion on the single player campaign of the game and features zombies. Although this sounds initially like a sell out and pandering to the on going pop culture obsession with the undead, judging by the official trailer above, (zombie bears, anyone?) it looks like Rockstar know what they are doing. Was there ever any doubt?
