Above is the first official trailer for the movie Goosebumps directed by Rob Letterman, (Shark Tale, Monsters v Aliens) and stars Jack Black and is based on the best-selling series of kids books of the same name.
The plot for Goosebumps rattles along like so:
Upset about moving from a big city to a small town, teenager Zach finds a silver lining when he meets the beautiful girl, Hannah living right next door. But every silver lining has a cloud, and Zach’s comes when he learns that Hannah has a mysterious dad who is revealed to be R. L. Stine, the author of the bestselling Goosebumps series. It turns out that there is a reason why Stine is so strange… he is a prisoner of his own imagination – the monsters that his books made famous are real, and Stine protects his readers by keeping them locked up in their books. When Zach unintentionally unleashes the monsters from their manuscripts and they begin to terrorize the town, it’s suddenly up to Stine, Zach, and Hannah to get all of them back in the books where they belong.
It looks like a delicious mix of Joe Dante’s Gremlins, The Monster Squad and Jumanji. Goosebumps is scheduled for release on October 16th.

One of the greatest movies never made by Hollywood was the insane project Superman Lives which had Tim Burton in the director’s chair with Nicolas Cage cast as Superman.
We will unfortunately never get to see what that movie would’ve looked like as development was shelved indefinitely on the project back in the 90s, but a documentary entitled The Death Of “Superman Lives”; What Happened? now opens the vault door and investigates in detail what exactly happened to the movie and why it was ultimately cancelled.
The video above features the first ten minutes of the documentary which will be available in it’s entirety on July 9th from HERE
Now and again someone pops up on the old information superhighway who sends millions of users into a frothing mess. Veronika Black is one such person, a woman who claims to be Angelina-Jolie’s real-life doppelganger. Thanks to her much touted likeness Veronika has garnered 650,000 followers on Instagram and been featured in numerous newspapers and magazines.
Facially she does resemble the Hollywood movie star Jolie, but thanks to two breast augmentations that’s pretty much where the similarities end. And what future lies ahead for a person who is largely known for resembling another person? Well umpteen photo-shoots are in the pipeline for Veronika along with appearances in music videos, but as long as she continues to post on Instagram she will always be ‘Internet famous.’

Unless you live under a wasteland rock, feeding off of two headed desert lizards then you’ll know just how much praise is being heaped upon George Miller’s fourth Mad Max film Fury Road and for good reason.
Even if you’ve yet to watch this action movie masterpiece you can still wonder at the concept art for the project, samples of which have been released ahead of the launch of the official book of Fury Road concept art, which you can buy here.
Apparently 2000 AD comics artist Brendan McCarthy had that much of influence on the project through his art he landed co-writing credit on Fury Road.
