Teaser Trailer For Angry Birds: Star Wars.

Games developer Rovio released the first official teaser trailer for their new game Angry Birds: Star Wars.

This is the first of eight similar teaser trailers, which will also use footage from the original movie, to promote the game. A three minute animated short is also planned and a line of merchandise for the game will go on sale on Oct 28th. The game itself will be released on November 8th for iOS, Android, Amazon Kindle Fire, Mac, PC, Windows Phone and Windows 8.

So…Star Wars Angry Birds Is Actually Happening.

The GIF above is a teaser for Angry Birds: Star Wars, a game which will be officially announced later today.

If the gaming world wasn’t already nearing critical mass with crossover Star Wars titles and Star Wars themed games it has to now find space for this new title. Excuse my cynicism here but I’ll wager the mechanics of this game will be exactly like Angry Birds…only with a Star Wars theme. I know, I’m that good.
