The Mystery Of The Giant Beached Lego Men.

Website Boing Boing are reporting a story which involves the discovery of an 8ft tall lego man on a beach in Florida.

Local resident Jim Hindman found the over-sized piece whilst walking on the beach at Siesta Key Village. Written on the Lego man’s t-shirt was the message: ‘No Real Than You Are‘ and once stood upright the number 8 could be seen printed on his back.

This isn’t the first time an over-sized Lego man has been washed ashore, three years ago one turned up in Zandvoort, Holland and another shortly after in Brighton, England. So what does it all mean? Is it the work of an artist like Banksy or a clever viral promotion by Lego themselves?
