There are a multitude of nutcases running  around the world with cameras on their helmets recording their ‘extreme’ hi-jinks.

But for one parkour expert Ethan Swanson the GoPro is an essential piece of kit, otherwise how on earth would people beileve that he was capable of doing stunts like this one.
