Arnie Pays Moving Tribute To His Late Friend Franco Columbu.

Hollywood star Arnold Schwarzenegger recently paid tribute to his best friend Franco Columbu, who died on Friday after taking unwell whilst swimming and drowned.

Columbu, (78), was a two time former Mr Olympia and had been Arnie’s best friend since 1965. Taking to social media the Hollywood star posted his thoughts on his friend’s sudden passing:

The Merkin’s Cover Seven Nation Army As GOT Parody.

There’s only a handful of Game Of Thrones episodes left and as the tension mounts and fans get nervous over the fate of their favourite characters, the comedy band The Merkins have released a fantastic GOT themed parody of Seven Nation Army by the White Stripes.

Entitled Seven Kingdom Army it has band members dressed as White Walkers belting out a tune which I will probably constantly think about when we finally watch The Knight King and his un-dead horde descend upon Winterfell.

Two Stories Which Eulogise Keith Flint and Luke Perry Perfectly.

Two massive 90s icons passed away yesterday, Prodigy frontman Keith Flint and Hollywood actor Luke Perry.

Flint, who became the poster boy for the 90s rave scene, was found dead at his house in Essex, he was 49 years old. Perry, who broke hearts in the American teen drama Beverly Hills 90210, suffered a massive stroke last week and never recovered. He died yesterday aged 52 at a hospital in Los Angeles.

Loads of people took to social media to recount tales of both men, but one constant emerged and that was of their kindness. Even though it felt like a large portion of our youth had perished here at HMS Friday we took solace from two stories, (one from singer James Blunt and the other from actor Colin Hanks), which we thought perfectly summed up life’s most important lesson. If you be can one thing, in the limited time you have on this planet, be nice. People will remember your actions forever.

LCD Soundsystem’s Music Vid Brings All The Feels

Here’s the official music video for LCD Soundsystem’s latest track ‘oh baby’ and it’s simplistic beauty makes it one of this year’s best.

It stars Sissy Spacek and David Strathairn as two aged scientists frantically trying to map out an extremely complicated equation for something big. I’ll leave it at that. The video is directed by Rian Johnson, a man who surprisingly didn’t wreck out childhood with his brilliant Star Wars: The Last Jedi movie, proving once more he’s a talent to pay attention to.

Muse’s Latest Music Video Is Rammed with 80s References.

I personally don’t mind Muse as a band but throughout their career they’ve always managed to produce some of the more inventive and entertaining music videos.Their latest for the single Pressure is no exception.

Directed by filmaker Lance Drake it stars the band and legendary actor Terry Crews and is rammed full of pop culture and movie references from the 80s, ranging from the more obvious Back To The Future and Critters to the more obscure like The Exterminator and Fright Night.

It merits a couple of watches to catch them all. Good luck.

Andrea Bocelli’s Duet With His Son Will Give You Chills.

Italian singer Andrea Bocelli has released a new song which has pretty much made most of the internet weep.

Bocelli, who was born blind, has joined forces with his 20 year-old talented son,¬†Matteo Bocelli, to sing a moving duet entitled ‘Fall On Me’, which has accumulated almost three million views on YouTube in only five days.

A man who has never been able to see his own son, singing in perfect harmony with him is probably the most emotional thing you’ll experience on the internet this week.

Is there someone cutting onions in this room?
